Yes—public liability and workers’ comp, SWMS and WHS compliant. Our workmanship is backed by a 12-month defect-free guarantee. We aim for zero rework with clean sites, documented QA and transparent communication throughout.

SWMS and site inductions upfront, then daily toolbox talks. We run stage-by-stage QA checklists (set-out, fixings, weatherproofing, cladding lines, penetrations) with photo documentation and supervisor sign-offs. Clean sites, compliant PPE, and rectifications handled immediately—aiming for zero rework.

Canberra/ACT and nearby NSW—Queanbeyan, Bungendore, Yass, and Goulburn. Standard Mon–Fri hours with capacity for Saturdays or extended shifts to meet program changes. Regional travel is fine—we’ll factor travel and accommodation into the quote when required.

We can usually start small works within 1–3 weeks. Larger townhouse or cladding packages are scheduled 2–6 weeks out, depending on drawings and site readiness. We run a core crew with the ability to scale (add a second team or extend hours) to meet program accelerations.

We price by package, per-metre, or day rate depending on scope and drawings. Variations are agreed in writing before we proceed. GST-compliant invoices are issued through Xero with clear line items and progress claims aligned to your program.

Issued-for-construction drawings (plans/elevations/sections), structural details, specifications, scope breakdown, site address and access constraints, desired start date/program, and any WHS/SWMS or builder-specific requirements. With this, we’ll price per package or metre and outline inclusions/exclusions clearly.
